The exact service period and total amount payable are shown in the learner's enrollment confirmation and, where required, the pre-contract and contract documents.

Bank transfer fees, internet access, data charges, and the device or headset used to attend lessons are the learner's responsibility. Borderless does not require a separate purchase of its original lesson materials under the currently published plans. Any future optional or required charge will be disclosed before agreement.

Payment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer and is due in advance by the date stated in the enrollment confirmation, invoice, or payment notice. A card may be charged when enrollment is accepted and on each applicable renewal date. Bank-transfer learners must complete payment by the stated deadline before the initial or renewed service period.

Lessons begin on the date confirmed by Borderless after course placement, schedule availability, acceptance of the applicable terms and documents, and payment confirmation. A suitable available class may begin as early as the following day, but no specific start date is guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

The Master Course renews automatically in successive one-month periods. To stop or pause renewal, contact Borderless at least one month before the requested final lesson date. Borderless will confirm the effective end date and final payment in writing based on the current billing period.

N4 Intensive has a minimum three-month period. N5 Foundations has the specific two-to-four-month period stated in the learner's confirmation. Extensions are separately agreed.

Learner absences may be moved to an equivalent class only when one is available and do not normally create a cash refund. When Borderless cannot deliver a confirmed lesson and cannot provide an equivalent replacement, it will provide a make-up, extension, credit, or refund for the undelivered service.

Mandatory cooling-off, mid-term cancellation, and other consumer rights always take priority. Full conditions are explained in the Enrollment Terms and, for an applicable specified continuous service, in the legally required documents provided before and after the contract is formed.

A trial application, schedule preference, personal roadmap, recommendation, or trial lesson is not a paid enrollment and does not require the applicant to join. Borderless confirms placement and paid conditions separately.
