All Intensive plans, including N4 three days, N4 five days and N5 Foundations, have an initial minimum service period of three months, with tuition paid monthly. Applications and starts are accepted throughout the year, subject to an available class and the confirmed start date. Learners may continue beyond three months or leave after the initial period; the final service date and payment are confirmed with Borderless. This is not a new three-month commitment on each renewal.
N4 three-day learners may choose any three scheduled class days each week. Materials for all five days are provided. Days the learner does not attend do not include in-class feedback or a lesson record. Existing learners are not switched to a new plan or minimum period automatically.
Where a course falls within Japan's rules for specified continuous services, Borderless provides the legally required pre-contract outline and contract document. Those documents state the full service period, total price, payment conditions, cooling-off rights, mid-term cancellation rights, and Borderless's privately disclosed business address and telephone number.
